This wine has gotten some serious traction since the initial offering. It is definitely a “bridge wine” that will carry a palate wanting something different than California, but still not ready to make too big of a break from the fruit and richness of the New World.
Organic/Biodynamic fruit gives rise to this delicious, full-bodied, easy-drinking Bordeaux. This wine is rich and supple with a chewy mouthfeel. I was surprised to see a wine so young already showing a collection of sediment at the shoulder. If you are looking for an everyday Bordeaux to add to your list, this wine is an excellent choice.
