This dry, mineral-driven white wine from the indigenous Assyrtiko grape. The vines are more than 50 years old. Made from free-run juice, fermented in stainless steel, and aged on the fine lees for 5+ months, this wine delivers in its youth, and has an aging potential of 6+ years.
