We have had a great response to every Visintini Wine that we have introduced.  The most recent, the Pinot Bianco has been ordered and reordered.  This is no surprise based on the consistent quality across the range of wines that Visintini produces.  The winery is certified organic and employs many biodynamic practices in their winemaking.   

This wine is unique in that it is vinified in amphora.  This method harkens to ancient winemaking and give the wine texture and a slight hint of earth that melds perfectly with the character of the wine.

In the glass, the wine is straw-yellow in colour, tending soft greenish shade. Then aromatic profile falls somewhere between Pinot Bianco and Sauvignon Blanc. The wine exhibits a perfume of golden delicious apple coupled with a distinct floral note. On the palate, the wine is dry, leading with soft tree fruits, finishing with a delicate savory note of bitter almond.
