Description
This wine hails from the Languedoc-Roussillon region which is produced in the South of France. Neuf is one of the estate's micro-cuvées. It comes from a single grape variety, Malbec (or Côt), comes from a single plot of 46 acres.
The vines are located on two very distinct terroirs: clay-limestone combs at altitude on the villages of Siran and La Livinière and sandstone terroirs on the village of Laure Minervois.
A powerful and complex wine, with aromas of dark fruit and earthy undertones. This wine pairs perfectly with duck.
