MEET THE WINEMAKER - MIKE HENDRY

HENDRY RANCH WINES - NAPA VALLEY

Mike Hendry is the nephew of the patriarch of Hendry Ranch, George Hendry. He has been an important part of operations at the Hendry Ranch for 25 years. Mike manages the vineyard and pitches in with sales and outreach for Hendry. Mike and his wife, Molly also make a Zinfandel from the historic Moore Vineyard, which is owned by Molly’s uncle, Bill Moore.

Hendry Ranch produces a number or different wines from numerous varietals.    Mike will pour a selection of these wines that are available in the Texas market.  You can bet that his personal favorite Zinfandel will be front and center along with Albarino, Chardonnay, and Cabernet Sauvignon.  

Hendry wines fly just under the radar, which is why you seldom see them in big box retail, and most certainly not at your local supermarket.  This will be a great opportunity to taste and learn about this noteworthy producer.
