Description
100% Sangiovese from the notable Brunello producer Fattoria La Màgia. Vinified in stainless steel, this wine is distinctive because it undergoes carbonic maceration, a fermentation process that begins inside the intact grape before the fruit is crushed. It’s the technique most famously associated with Beaujolais. But it is becoming more popular throughout Italy. The style is call "novello".
The result is a Sangiovese that is vivacious and fresh, with bright fruit, supple tannins, and an enticing drinkability.

Fresh and delicious with a pleasant, dusty texture and delicious sweet-berry and dried-citrus character. It’s medium-bodied and delicate on the palate with a clean finish. Rather/ From organically grown grapes.
