If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please call our toll free number (833) 9KV-WINE or e-mail (email is preferred) within 3 days of original invoice receipt and we will credit or exchange.
We adhere to these strict policies-
We will NOT accept returns of any wine that has been chilled - There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. 
Local Deliveries:
Up to 3 days after product delivery, we will accept all returns without fees.
After 3 days, and up to 14 days after fulfillment, returned items will incur a 50% restocking/cancellation fee.  Remaining balances will be held for credit towards future purchases. 
After 14 days from date of fulfillment, we will not accept any returns.
We will not accept any returns of wines that have been chilled, show evidence of damage due to exposure to moisture, heat, or other damages.  Examples are marred labels due to contact with moisture, seepage from corks that indicate overheating.   
If the product is flawed/corked then please let us know as soon as possible - we will resolve the issue with your best interest in mind. Flawed product does not mean "I don't like it." :)
