Returns & Shipping Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we hope to resolve you issue with the best interest of all parties.  To report and issue, please call our toll-free number (833) 9KV-WINE or e-mail (email is preferred) within 3 days of original invoice receipt and we will credit or exchange.
We adhere to these strict policies
  • We do not accept returns of food items - i.e. Olive Oils, Balsamic Vinegars, and Condiments.
  • Wine must be returned in the same condition as when it was delivered.  Wine should be inspected on delivery to determine if there are any concerns or issues with the condition of product when delivered.
  1. We will not accept return of wine that has been chilled - There are NO exceptions.
  • We will not accept wine that has been exposed to excessive heat. 
Local Deliveries:
Up to 3 days after product delivery, we will accept all returns without fees.
After 3 days, and up to 14 days after fulfillment, returned items will incur a 50% restocking/cancellation fee.  Remaining balances will be held for credit towards future purchases. 
***After 14 days from date of fulfillment, we will not accept any returns.
We will not accept any returns of wines that show evidence of damage due to exposure to moisture, heat, or other damages.  Examples are marred labels due to contact with moisture, seepage from corks that indicate overheating.   
If the product is flawed/corked, please replace the cork as tightly as possible and refrigerate the wine.  Let us know as soon as possible.  We cannot offer a resolution to the issue if the wine is not returned in "new" condition for evaluation.  Please keep in mind that on average, 10% of all wines will have cork taint.  This is an inherent risk when you purchase wine.  Killer Vino cannot be responsible for every corked wine that you encounter.  Nonetheless, we will endeavor to resolve the issue with your best interest in mind.

Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery Policy


We strive to process and deliver orders as quickly as possible.  In stock items can often be delivered the same day.  Otherwise, or deliveries will be within 24-48 hours or when the order was received. 

We will always do our best to accommodate your specific time requirements.  

All Local Deliveries will be made by a representative of Killer Vino Corp.  A person of at least 21 years of age must be present to receive the delivery. 


Orders outside of Texas are processed within 1-2 business days.  Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will generally be shipped by the following Tuesday.

We do not ship wine outside of Texas for general purchases. We can accomodate wine shipments by special request.

We ship to business and residential addresses.  Signatures are required for all shipments or deliveries.  All wine deliveries require a person at least 21 years of age to receive the shipment.  We cannot ship to PO Boxes. 

All out of state shipments are via Fed Ex or UPS ground or 3 Day Select. 

Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge.  Contact us for a custom quote.

The shipping window for perishable goods is generally October through March.  Shipping that is requested when conditions are not ideal will be at the risk of the customer.  Killer Vino will in no way be responsible for the condition of the shipped goods.  This exclusion will be duly noted on the confirmation.
