Made from vineyards with an average age of 35 years. This is attractive, fresh and juicy with a very succulent and crisp feel. Hints of fresh pink berries and lemons. Bright and juicy citrus notes, white peach and butter biscuits, fresh and rich mouth, fruity and crispy with a mineral finish.
Blend: 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier
30 Months on less and 6 additional months aging after disgorgement.
