Description

The 2025 Au Bon Climat Aligoté is a crisp, fresh white wine from the Santa Maria Valley in California.  Made with 100% Aligoté which is an austere, high-acid Burgundian white grape. Sourced from vineyards including Bien Nacido and Orcutt Road. Aged in neutral French oak. Bright notes of white peach, lemon blossom, apple skin, and clover honey. Features crisp acidity and a subtle mineral finish.
