Brooding and dark in the glass with purple edges, you know this wine is coming at you with guns blazing.  Aromas of ripe blackberries and blueberries dance with Mediterranean spices and underbrush.  The wine is dense and expansive on the palate.  Take small sips.

The finish is quite long with a mysterious note of nutmeg and just a drop of vanilla. 

20 days alcoholic fermentation, 14 Months in French and Slavonian Tonneau and Barrique.  6 Months in bottle.
