A delicate wine, perfumed with hints of white peach, flowers, and yellow pear skin.  Smooth on the palate and softly structured, this wine is a classic example of Arneis.  This is a good lead into the more structured bottlings of Arneis that come from the likes of Bruno Giacosa, which command a significantly price.  

This wine will pair nicely with white fish, risotto or pasta with mushrooms (This is particularly good!), Carbonara (Also really good), mild cheeses, and poultry.

What is interesting about this wine is that it feels significantly broader on the palate when paired with food. 

The 2022 vintage of Roero Arneis Sabbie was awarded a gold medal at the Mundus Vini wine awards.
