This wine speaks to the warmth of the 2020 vintage.  It is rich without being opulent.  It is a complete contrast to the flinty, mineral-forward style of the JA Ferret that we have also featured below.  There is a hint of oak (25% new) that adds a bit of weight and certainly lengthens the finish. This is definitely a style that will pull over a few New World winers that have been sitting on the fence about Burgundy.
