This 100% organic EVOO as with the non-organic Arbequina oil that we offer, is buttery on the palate with fruity notes of artichoke, and if you dig down deep, green apple.  It has a hint of almond with a slightly more intense peppery kick on the finish than it's non-organic cousin.
