It presents a golden yellow color with a fine foam, an expressive nose of flowers and hazelnuts, and a palate with a lively, fresh attack, notes of honey, and a subtle woody finish. This refined, dry sparkling wine is recommended as an aperitif or paired with seafood, light dishes, and some desserts.
