The Damilano Cerequio Barolo 2017 presents a garnet color with orange reflections as it ages, with an aroma profile of cherry, violet, vanilla, licorice, and balsamic notes, plus dried rose and earth tones. On the palate, it is intense, elegant, and persistent, offering red fruit, raspberry compote, and licorice flavors, with structure, fine-grained tannins, and a lingering finish with hints of tobacco and leather with age.
