I always grab some of this limited production wine whenever it is available. 

This ONLY single-vineyard bottling from Cru Cavanna in Barbaresco.

A complex combination of rose petal, raspberries, savory spices, wild herbs, and hints of tea and earth. In the style of Giordano, the palate is rich with supple tannins. Wild herbs and steeped tea echo on the long finish.  

This is an elegant expression of Barbaresco and the Cavanna Cru.  It is surprisingly approachable now.  But could also be revisited in a decade or two. 

This wine is a testament to the winemaker's dedication to quality and the terroir of Piedmont, offering a wine that is both a celebration of the grape's potential and a tribute to the region's winemaking heritage.
