A lovely example of a pure Sangiovese, red with purple reflections, with interesting aromas of plum, cherry, and currant. Rich on the palate, turning slightly savory with 7 years of age. Still maintaining its intensity and freshness. It is persistent, pleasing and versatile with great balance and finish. Pair with salami, cold cuts and Pecorino cheese.
