This wine is a blend of equal parts Sumoll and Garnatxa (Grenache).  Again, there is nothing I can say about the Sumoll insofar as to how it affects the flavor profile other than I really like it!

Aromas of wild dark fruits and a hint of sweet herbs open to a medium-bodied palate with fine tannins.  It is unoaked, which leaves the delicious ripe fruit character on center stage.  This is a good thing as the purity of this wine really speaks to the special place where this wine is from.
