A lifted nose of lime & orange blossom intermingled with subtle notes of wild herbs & myrtle. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, & medium-bodied, with crisp lemon & stone-fruit flavors that give way to saline, mineral tones that evoke sea spray & granite, leading to a long, tangy, & persistent finish.

This was the white wine that most impressed me at a recent event.  I appreciate the minerality that is expressed in the wines from Gallura, the only DOCG for Vermentino in Italy.  Delicious!
