Agnes Paquet Auxey-Duresses Blanc "Les Hoz" is a white Burgundy from the Côte de Beaune, made from 100% Chardonnay.

Color is pale gold with green reflections. The nose is alive with fresh citrus (lemon zest, grapefruit), white flowers, green apple, with subtle notes of wet stone and light toast.

On the palete is is crisp and mineral-driven, with balanced acidity. Medium-bodied with flavors of pear, lemon, and hints of almond and brioche from moderate oak aging. Finishes clean, with a chalky, saline edge.

This white burgundy is elegant, fresh, terroir-expressive – more restrained than richer Meursaults, yet with finesse.
