The serious, expressive and balanced 2016 Allende Tinto was harvested after October 10th with good ripeness and acidity, from a cooler vintage. It has integrated oak, and the palate feels quite harmonious, medium-bodied and with fine tannins. It matured in French barrique for 14 months. It's expressive, clean and very tasty.
