The 2021 Bertani Valpolicella Ripasso is an intense ruby-red, medium-to-full-bodied Italian wine balancing vibrant red fruit (cherry, blackcurrant) with savory, earthy notes of spice, cocoa, and forest floor. It features velvety tannins and a lively, sapid finish, crafted from Corvina, Merlot, and Rondinella grapes.

Known as "Baby Amarone," this wine is refermented on Amarone skins, then aged in large Veronese-Bertani French oak barrels for nine months, followed by three months in the bottle.
