It wasn't the SEXY bottle that first caught my attention with this Prosecco.  It was the BRUT designation on the label.  Prosecco is an amazing aperitif.  But, with a majority of the wines being extra-dry, they can sometimes be a little too sweet and fruity, even sappy. While the Casa Canevel Prosecco DOC is still every bit a Prosecco, it is just a little drier than most. It is a great base for mimosas.  It also comes in a SEXY bottle. (I already said that.  But it is worth noting.)
