A 50/50 blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillion, this wine has taken only the best characteristics of each.  The Sauvignon Blanc gives this wine a fresh zesty palate with bright citrus notes, the Semillon adds a richness to this enigmatic wine.  It is light and rich at the same time.  The wine is vinified in 100% stainless.  So, all of the freshness and vibrancy of the fruit shines.  The finish is clean and dry, with a slightly chalky sensation that lingers on the palate.

This is the best new white that I have tasted in this price range in quite a while.  I am convinced that you will like it as well.
