The Cordiali Cartizze is Intense and layered with white peach, ripe pear, golden apple, citrus blossom, almond, and rose petals.  It is rich and incredibly smooth on the palate, with a distinct velvety texture that coats every corner of your mouth.  While you would expect a clean, refreshing finish from a sparkling wine, this wine lingers for at least a minute. 

When we showed the Cordali Catrizze at an event last November, I insisted that we not include the word "Prosecco" in any of the descriptions. Clearly, I wanted to prevent any bias that the guests might have if we used the name.  At the end of the evening, over 70 bottles were purchases by 22 different guests.  This was a pretty amazing endorsement of a $40 "Prosecco".  Just say Cartizze when you share it with friends.
