Description
This is a delicious white blend that is a tradition in the Tre-Venezia, with includes Friuli Venezia Giulia, Veneto, and Trentino Alto Adige. This particular wine comes from the Collio DOC in Friuli. It combines two local varietals that speak to the region and give the wine freshness, with two international varietals which bring added complexity and backbone. The nose opens an intense aroma of ripe yellow and tropical fruit. In the mouth it fresh, crisp, and mouth-filling with a nice balance. It is very easy to drink and huge drinkability.
It is completely dry with approximately 14% ABV. This ripeness produced from natural sugar from grapes.

VINIFICATION
Harvest: Manual in small boxes in September.
Elaboration: Whole grapes crushing and soft pressing. Cold stabilization just by gravity. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak barrels where wine remains for about 10 months. Malolactic fermentation partly done. Agent clarification after blending. Gentle filtration at the time of bottling
