Fukuju Blue
Crystal clear appearance. Rich, sweet, fruity aroma of apricot and yellow peach, with a note of banana, marshmallow, crème anglaise, and roasted sweet potato. With the passage of time the aroma changes into butter cream, Japanese pepper, and linden honey. Deep, rich flavor. Long finish and umami, that reminds of Darjeeling second flush tea leaves.

The main aroma consists of tropical fruits such as mangoes, pineapples, and papayas. Citrus fruit sweetness and acidity unfold on the palate. It goes down very smoothly, leading to a refreshing and crisp finish.
