A cuvee of 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier, of which about 20% are reserve wines. Aged 26 months on the lees and finished with a 7g/L dosage.

An elegant, complex nose with notes of green apple and vine peach. Supple on the palate with a beautiful roundness. Refreshing acidity on the mid-palate that leads to a long and refreshing finish.
