A lovelty village level Chablis from La Chablisienne, one of the most respected producers in the region. 

Pale gold colour, clear and brilliant with light golden reflections. The first nose is discreet, with delicate notes of toast and roasted dried fruit. It then opens with aromas of fully ripe white fruit (pear, peach) with, in the background, some notes of fresh almond and hazelnut.
The palate is straightforward, pure with notes of lemon. Volume and sweetness appear in the mid-palate and accompany this range of aromas with a beautiful persistence on the finish.
It will be perfect as an aperitif but also as an accompaniment to sashimi or fresh or slightly matured goat's cheese.
