The 2023 Domaine Louis Michel & Fils Chablis Premier Cru Butteaux is an unoaked, medium-to-full-bodied white wine made from 100% Chardonnay grown in fossil-rich Kimmeridgian clay soils.

Aromas of fresh peach, tangerine zest, dried white flowers, and hints of steely minerality. Medium-to-full-bodied with a powerful core of racy acidity, rich structuring extract, and vibrant citrus and green apple notes. The finish is long, dry, and distinctly savory with a signature saline and wet-stone minerality. Classic food pairings include shellfish, crab, lobster, and delicate pan-fried fish.
