A lovely Champagne of mostly Pinot Noir with a small amount of Chardonnay and Pinot Menuier.  The Jean Laurent Blanc de Noirs is rich and complex with hints of fennel seed and mandarin orange peel accenting cherry and raspberry fruit flavors, carrying through to the smoke-laced finish on the lively bead.
