Orin Swift Papillon is a bold, high-alcohol (often 15%+ ABV) Napa Valley red blend, primarily driven by Cabernet Sauvignon and inspired by Bordeaux varietals. Created by Dave Phinney, it is known for its intense dark fruit profiles—blackberry, cassis, and blueberry—along with notes of chocolate, graphite, and cedar, wrapped in a full-bodied, opulent texture with firm tannins.
