Gewurtztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, & Riesling Skin-contact Gewurztraminer and whole bunch pressed Sauvignon Blanc make the foundation of this aromatic crusher, followed by blending and co-fermenting small portions of every varietal we process during the vintage: carbonic and skin contact Pinot noir, Pinot gris, Chardonnay and Riesling. ‘Lemonade Cake’ is an ode to one of Lauren’s favorite childhood books (Seven Silly Eaters). A blend of everything we love for everyone we love.
