Description
A blend of 85% Nebbiolo and 15% Vespolina from an up and coming wine region in Piemonte. This is a lovely example of a wine that has hit its stride and is aging gracefully. In the glass, the wine opens with rose petals and dried fruits, along with a hint of baked herbs. The palate is soft, but structured, with fine and well-developed tannins . This would be a lovely wine to enjoy with a pasta bolognese, pork chops, or lamb.
Drink now or hold. But really, drink now. This wine is at it's peak and I'm loving it.
