The grapes are pressed whole-cluster and fermented in a spherical concrete tank— hence Sfera—before spending another year maturing in concrete to build depth and texture. Coming from a single site off the village of Banoštor in the Fruška gora, Serbia. 4 days maceration with a year of aging in used oak barriques. Lightly colored, intensely fruity aroma. Ripe cherries, cherry liqueur and strawberry jam.
Varietals: 8% Black Muscat, 92% Pinot Noir
