The inaugural vintage of 2022 Sinegal Estate Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon opens with focused aromas of dark cherry, plum, and subtle baking spices, framed by a touch of vanilla and toasted oak. On the palate, it offers a concentrated core of ripe fruit, balanced by fine-grained tannins and a fresh, lifted acidity. Notes of clove, cedar, and cocoa emergegracefully, adding depth without overpowering the fruit. The rocky, volcanic soils 
lend a distinct mineral edge, contributing to the wine's structure and refinement. The finish is long and well-integrated, showcasing both elegance arnd precision.
