Description

The 2022 Tenuta Sette Ponti Oreno is a Tuscan red blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, characterized by its intense aromas of black cherry, plum, and graphite, and flavors of dark chocolate, espresso, and savory herbs. It is described as powerful and structured, with a harmonious balance of velvety tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long, complex finish. 

The 2022 Oreno has received high ratings from wine critics, including 99 points from James Suckling and a "Top 100 World Wines" accolade for 2024, as well as 98 points from Wine Enthusiast. It is considered one of the best Orenos to date.
