The grapes for this wine come from the Regueirón plot. This fine vineyard of exceptional quality is located in Éntoma, Valdeorras.

Terraced vineyards with predominantly loamy clay and slate soils.

Located in the southern part of Valdeorras, the grapes ripen earlier but have a distinctive Atlantic character due to their good acidity.

Sustainable viticulture is practiced in these vineyards.

The vines are harvested by hand in 15 kg boxes, and grape selection and fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in small oak and concrete vats.

Lightly tangy, creamy white, with hints of minerally petrol and saline accenting the steeped white cherry, Mandarin orange peel, rose hip and ground ginger notes. Subtle finish. Drink now. 250 cases made, 33 cases imported.
